Debit/Credit Card Checkout Issues

A small number of customers are reporting an issue when placing orders on our mobile site, where payments are not being authorised successfully. This issue can be resolved in most cases either by placing the order on a desktop/laptop or by following the steps below from a mobile device,

1) Ensure that your device is in desktop mode.

On Android devices

- Tap on the 3 vertical dots for the menu.

- The desktop site can be enabled by selecting the checkbox.

 On iPhones

- Click the 'aA' icon available in the top corner positioned before the address bar

- Choose the 'Request Desktop Website' option.

2) Select ‘Paypal’ as the payment method at checkout (you do not need a Paypal account). You will be redirected to the PayPal website.

3) Select ‘Pay by Debit or Credit Card’, enter your payment information and click ‘Pay Now’.

Once your payment has been completed you will be redirected to our website where you will see an Order Received message, together with an order number.

Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are dispatched within one working day of us receiving cleared payment (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

How long does delivery take to UK addresses?

Royal Mail 2nd Class: Usually delivered in 2-4 working days. Please allow 10 working days.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: Usually delivered in 1-3 working days. Signature required on delivery. Please allow 10 working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next working day delivery to 99% of UK addresses (for exclusions see Royal Mail Special Delivery Exclusions)

How long does delivery take to addresses outside the UK?

International Standard Airmail: Usually delivered within 5 working days (European Union) or within 10 working days (Worldwide). Please allow 15 working days.

International Tracked/Signed: Usually delivered within 5 working days (European Union) or within 10 working days (Worldwide). Signature required on delivery. Please allow 15 working days.

How will my order be packaged?

Orders are sent in plain packaging. We are required to display a return address, which is shown as 'Evotex'. Our trading name and the package contents will not be displayed.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. Our products are available for shipping to most countries outside the UK (excluding Canada and the United States). We are required by law to declare the value and contents of all packages which are shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom. These packages may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach your country. Unfortunately we have no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance and these must be borne by you. The contents of your package will be marked as "Clothing" on customs labels.

Do you offer order tracking for packages?

Yes. If you require order tracking please select Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK addresses) or International Tracked/Signed (addresses outside the UK) at checkout. Tracking numbers are only available where a tracked service has been selected.

Can you mark the customs form on my package as a 'Gift'?

No. We are required by law to declare the correct status, value and contents of all packages which are shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom. Packages are marked as 'Sale of Goods' on Customs Forms. Unfortunately we are unable to mark packages as 'Gift'.

Can you mark the customs form on my package with a lower value than the cost of the goods enclosed?

No. We are required by law to declare the correct status, value and contents of all packages which are shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we are unable to mark packages with a lower value than the cost of the goods enclosed.

Can I collect my order?

No. Unfortunately orders cannot be collected from us. Please select the required postage service from those shown at checkout.

Payment

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Paypal or debit/credit card (processed by Paypal).

Why is my payment being declined?

There are a few things that you can try which may resolve the issue,

- Ensure that the billing address entered matches the registered address for the card which is being used.

- Clear the cookies on the device that you are using or use Incognito/Private mode to place the order.

- Use an alternative browser to place the order (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Opera).

How accurate is your sizing?

All sizes displayed on the website are those provided by the manufacturer of each product. As with all clothing there will be some variation between brands and styles.
